TERMS OF SERVICE
All my commissions are for personal use only, commercial use please discuss it with me first
Full / 50% payment upront
Strictly NO REFUNDS after payment ( unless something happens or I can't finish your order )
Full payment must be sent after fixed sketch
Work according to the queue
I may reject your order if it feels uncomfortable for me to draw
I don't allow any of my artworks turned ito NFT's, even the commercial ones
I may post your commission on my social media unless you told me to keep it private
Rushed commissions are not available, even the commercial ones
I usually do multiple commissions at once

ADDITIONAL
- Detailed chara ( ex: Genshin Chara, heavy patterns, etc ) will charge $10-40 USD / 40-160k IDR
- Decorations / any details will charge $5-30 USD or 20-120k IDR depending on complexity
- Small decorations / any details are free
- Background will charge $10-40 USD or 40-160k IDR depending on complexity
- Solid or abstract background is free
- Character references sheet may charge around $35-100 USD or 140-400k IDR depending on your request
- Character models that ready to rig will charge around $150-225 USD / 600-900k IDR depends on what type of commission you desire and how complex your design is ( these prices already included to commercial price )

HOW TO ORDER
DM ME WITH THE FOLLOWING:
- Commission Type: ( bust-up / half-body / full-body ), ( cell-shaded / full render )
- Personal / commercial use: ( for commercial please discuss it with me after you send the form )
- Character References: ( I do character creation, but please attach visual refs, I don't work without visual refs )
- Pose and Expression: ( prefer send visual refs )
- Extra decorations / details: ( just type "-" if it's not necessary )
- Background:
- E-mail:After everything is approved, I'll put your commission to the waiting list
PROCESS
- I don't work with deadlines anymore. There are many factors for it, such as: order of commissions, health, family and college issues. But I will try to finish it within 3 months at maximum time limit
- Sketching will start after upfront payment and after the previous commissions were done depends on your queue
- No max revision, but please make sense and reasonable
- The final artwork will be sent to your e-mail with PNG formatNote: Please tell me if you want me to keep you updated everyday or keep you updated only after I finish each steps ( sketching > lineart and base coloring > shading and rendering )
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY
As the Commissioner, you are allowed to:
Hold every right to the drawing but not the commission work. ( Do not claim it as your own that you drew it ) You may not post without CREDIT.
Hold every right to the character if it's your original character
Use the art for personal use
As the Artist, I am allowed to:
Use the art for professional portofolio and/or online promotion
Post it on my social media ( with clarification that it's a commissioned work ), unless you told me to keep it private
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
Commissioner may NOT reproduce or distribute the artwork commercially before discussing it with the artist
Commissioner may NOT profit it off without disscussion
Do NOT take credit of the artwork if you share it
Do NOT erase watermark from the WIPs and/or the finished artwork
